Jeremy D. Pekas earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law, and Tye Smith earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Both are members of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), and Pekas Smith attorneys are admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
